Linen Policies
All linens
are sent to you "table ready". If you receive linens that are
unacceptable, please call
us
immediately. We need a phone call within 48 hours if you have
any issue with your order.
If it's
expected that linen will be returned with food stains, however,
to avoid additional
cleaning
charges, please shake all food, animal hair, confetti, glitter,
paper and debris
from the
linen before returning to the store. Never put linen in plastic
bags, as it will
mildew
quickly if damp. Also sparklers will burn the linen.
Customers
will be charged a replacement fee for all linens that are
returned to us
with tears,
burns, or any non-food stains that do not wash out.
Replacement
charges range
from $10.00 to $50.00 per tablecloth. A $6.00 cleaning charge
will be applied to any tablecloths returned with wax.
